How to Apply for PAN Card Online (Very Easy)

If you want to apply pan card online, then you are required some documents as your ID Proof, address Proof, Date of Birth Proof, Passport size Photograph. Applying for the a PAN Card is Very simple, below are the documents required to apply the pan card online, and follow the instruction as given below:-

Documents Required for applying the PAN Card.

1. Photographs
You just need Two Recent Passport Sized Photographs for applying the PAN card application.

2. Proof of identity of Applicant (any one)

(01). Aadhaar Card issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India.
(02). Voter Identity Card.
(03). Driving Licence.
(04). Passport.
(05). Ration card having photograph of the applicant.
(06). Arms License.
(07). Photo identity card issued by the Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertaking.
(08). Pensioner card having photograph of the applicant.
(09). Central Government Health Service Scheme Card or Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme photo card.
(10). Certificate of identity in original signed by a Member of Parliament or Member of Legislative Assembly or Municipal Councillor or a Gazetted officer.
(11). Bank certificate in original on letter head from the branch (along with name and stamp of the issuing officer) containing attested photograph and bank account number of the applicant.

3. Address proof of Applicant (any one)

Along with your photo ID, you’ll also have to enclose an address proof in your application. Any of the following documents can be included with your form:
(01). Aadhaar Card issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India.
(02). Voter Identity Card.
(03). Driving licence.
(04). Passport.
(05). Passport of the spouse.
(06). Post office passbook having address of the applicant.
(07). Latest property tax assessment order.
(08). Domicile certificate issued by the government.
(09). Allotment letter of accommodation issued by Central or State Government of not more than three years old.
(10). Property registration.
(11). Certificate of address in original signed by a Member of Parliament or Member of Legislative Assembly or Municipal Councillor or a Gazetted officer.
(12). Employer certificate in original.

You can also use the below documents (any one), but it should be less than three months old:

(1). Electricity bill of the applicant.
(2). Landline telephone or broadband connection bill of the applicant.
(3). Water bill of the applicant.
(4). Consumer gas connection card or book or piped gas bill of the applicant.
(5). Bank account statement of the applicant.
(6). Depository account statement of the applicant.
(7). Credit card statement of the applicant.

4. Proof of date of birth (any one)

(1). Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Authority or any office authorized to issue Birth and Death Certificate by the Registrar of Birth and Deaths or the Indian Consulate as defined in clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Citizenship Act, 1955 (57 of 1955)

(2). Pension payment order of the applicant.
(3). Marriage certificate issued by Registrar of Marriages.
(4). Matriculation certificate.
(5). Passport of the applicant.
(6). Driving licence of the applicant.
(7). Domicile certificate issued by the government
(8). Affidavit sworn before a magistrate stating the date of birth

(2). Now a page will appear that will tell you the guidelines to fill the form. you can  read it if any confusion.

(3). Now go to the Bottom of Page and select the User type. like Individual, Firm, Company, Trust etc. and click on select button.

(4). Now a Form will appear “Form 49A”.

(5). So Now Fill all the information as per column giving in the form carefully. screen shot as given under

(6). After filling the above form, you need to click on submit button.

(7). After submit this form you will asked for payment of application fees. so just select the payment method and pay this amount.

(8). After paying the fees take a print of applied form 49A, sign it, paste photographs on it and make a courier envelops along with you attested documents, and you just need to send it to below given address (any one- your nearest address):-
